Excellent service
We purchased the Easology Samsung phone as we are both in our eighties, not very tech savvy and wanted a phone that looked easier to use. We are so pleased with it so we also bought and the Easology Galaxy tablet and find the bright clear screen so easy to use. The customer service is excellent and when we have had the odd query they have been prompt in responding with helpful advice. Having a manual with the phone also made things easy to set up.

Since purchasing my Easology tablet I have needed help on a few occasions and have always found the customer service to be excellent. Sateesh has been very helpful and obliging. He is very reliable and nothing is too much trouble for him to help with any queries. The main reason I purchased the Easology tablet was because, not being overly techy savvy, I knew I would need support from time to time. I have not been disappointed with the service and am delighted with my choice.
A great easy to use phone
I have been using my Easology phone for a few months now and it's just perfect. I saw an ad for it in the Radio Times saying easy-to-use and it really has been. Everything is laid out clearly, it's simple to find what you need and I can do everything I want - which mainly involves keeping in touch with my family. I am very happy with the phone and can really recommend it to anyone that wants an uncomplicated smartphone. It also came with a user guide which is rare these days and has proved really helpful.

Great tablet and phone by Easology. I have had both for some time now. Both arrived promptly and the video tutorials make it easy to operate them. Great support staff - a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered my phone and it arrived within a couple of days. I was struggling to set up a pin code, the support agent called me back within a couple of hours and helped me step by step. Very friendly and helpful staff from the start. Would recommend to everyone.

Excellent phone and technical support
My dad, who is 94, uses his phone all the time. He used to use a laptop at home but this doesn't get touched now. The phone wouldn't power up after a year, but Easology support were very good. It is a Samsung phone with a simplified user interface with a 2 year warranty. The broken phone was picked up and a replacement delivered about a week later. Google is excellent at reinstalling everything, so back up and working fast.
A company that cares for its customers
The visual layout of this phone which uses Samsung A16 phones currently, is good, and fonts and magnifying work well. I had a problem not being able to send pictures via the installed messaging app., but after contacting tech support by email (Amy), I found out how to use the Samsung's messaging app instead for pictures. I have to say the Easology tech support could not be better, and that is really important for this company's clientele.
