The conditions that apply to the purchase of goods or services from Easology Limited.
Last updated: May 2026
1. These Terms
These terms and conditions of sale set out the conditions that apply to the purchase of goods or services from Easology Limited through our website at www.easology.net.
Easology Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 06627807, VAT number 143 1126 58) with its registered address at Hive at Wear House, Whitehouse Way, Bracken Hill Business Park, Peterlee, SR8 2RS.
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.
2. Our Products
We sell Samsung smartphones and tablets pre-installed with the Easology simplified interface, designed for ease of use. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.
We may change our product range at any time. All products are subject to availability.
3. Placing an Order
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
When you place an order through our website, this constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. A legally binding contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
If we are unable to supply you with the product, we will inform you of this and will not process the order. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the full amount.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time your order is placed.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. Full payment must be received before dispatch.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Standard delivery is FREE and typically takes 2–4 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote areas (including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands) may take longer.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed, we will contact you to let you know and give you the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Delivery of your order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us. The products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery. You own the products once we have received payment in full.
6. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by calling us on 0800 888 6044 or emailing support@easology.net.
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Returns
If you wish to return a product, you must return it to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You may handle the goods only as you would in a shop — i.e. inspect them as you would when reviewing a product before purchase. Products must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and any free or promotional items supplied. We can arrange collection of the product (a £5 charge will be deducted from your refund) or provide a return address you can post to yourself.
We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
8. Faulty Products and Your Legal Rights
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:
- A full refund within 30 days of purchase
- A repair or replacement after 30 days (if repair or replacement is not possible, you are entitled to a full or partial refund)
- A repair or replacement within 6 months of purchase (if we cannot do so, you are entitled to a full refund in most cases)
These rights are in addition to your right to cancel within 14 days.
9. Warranty
All Samsung devices come with a 2-year Samsung manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
Our Easology simplified interface is included free of charge and supported by our team. Software updates may be provided periodically to improve functionality.
10. Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
We are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from events outside our reasonable control, including delays in delivery caused by carrier issues, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
11. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties. We have no control over such websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised terms will apply to orders placed after the date of revision. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes.
