We are continually looking to update and improve our software, as well as keep you safe. We will notify you via a prompt on your tablet screen when an update is available
- Can I put a sim card in my tablet?
No – this tablet is only enabled to connect via WIFI. If you want a Samsung Easology tablet that can connect to a mobile network using a sim card, please visit our exclusive partner, EE, either online at www.ee.co.uk or at your local ee store.
- How big is the screen?
The screen on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 Easology Edition is 10.5”, which means it is large and makes viewing and using the screen easier.
The screen on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ Easology Edition is 11”, so even larger.
- How much storage does the tablet have?
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 Easology has 64GB of storage, which means you have lots of storage to use. You can also insert a micro-SD card which will expand your storage.

Returns Policy
If you change your mind
It’s no problem if you change your mind. Return your tablet to us in its unopened and sealed packaging, within 14-days of receiving the item, and we’ll give you a full refund provided you have proof of purchase.
If your product has a fault?
Your Samsung tablet is engineered to the highest quality & specification. In the unlikely event your tablet has a fault and it’s within 30-days of your purchase, we will replace the tablet for you. If it’s after 30-days from your original purchase date, your Samsung tablet comes with a 24-month manufacturer warranty. Please see the Samsung warranty card in the tablet box for further details
Procedure
If you need to return your tablet to us, and you are within the timescales outlined in the returns policy, below is the procedure:
1. Please complete the form below – quoting your order number, email and full name. Please state the reason for your return. Please also state whether you would like a refund or an exchange. (alternatively, you can email us at : [email protected])
2. We will then email you a return address and pre-paid returns label that you can send the tablet to
3. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of you item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

UNINSTALL EASOLOGY
Uninstall
Here are some instructions on how to un-install Easology:
Firstly, exit the easology interface by pressing on the ‘Exit Easology’ icon usually found on the 2nd page of the home screen, then, in the Android interface, find Easology and:
- Press and Hold the Easology icon
- Select ‘Uninstall’
- Select ‘OK’
- Drag down from the top of the screen to show the notification bar
- In the notification bar, a prompt will be created which says ‘Uninstalling Easology unsuccessful’
- Select the down arrow to the right and select ‘Manage device admin apps’
- Select the toggle to turn Easology to off
- Return to the apps screen
- Press and Hold the Easology icon to uninstall
- Easology will be uninstalled successfully
